The Alliance for Creative Youth Development is a community of Colorado youth arts organizations collaborating with and sharing best practices. We formed the Alliance to advance creative youth development through the arts, share research and program design resources, and to sustain and advocate for the impact on youth by all member organizations.
What We Do
The Alliance was formed to address the collective need of our participating Colorado organizations for sustainability, funding and awareness, while promoting the impact of the collective. We are partnering to evaluate life skill sets, job training, and youth satisfaction levels.
The Alliance gives a voice to the importance and impact the arts make in young people’s lives and offers credibility and accountability by demonstrating how youth outreach programs really work. Supported by the evaluation tool we use, we provide a common place to share the youth point of view on why programming in the arts is of value to them.
